Ice Charge

Imbues your sword or blunt weapon with the Ice element for a set duration to increase its power, granting a chance to Freeze enemies, greatly reducing their Movement Speed for 2 seconds. Deals increased damage to ice-weak enemies, but deals reduced damage to ice-resistant enemies and cannot freeze them. The effect is removed immediately if you equip a different weapon type or use a charge skill of a different element, and has a chance to be removed when using Charge Blow.
